I know what you are thinking…what does sleep have to do with Hygiene? A lot! Getting plenty of rest is essential to having a health life. Things like washing your pillow cases, and getting plenty of sleep can have plenty of benefits for you. Let’s talk about it!
According to Sleepcore.com, “By having your cappuccino in the AM, you’ll avoid disrupting your nightly sleep cycle. You’ll also want to get your exercise in no later than mid-afternoon. If you exercise too late in the day, your body won’t be fully ready to enter sleep by bedtime.” As a college athlete I can say that this is true. Early morning workouts always seem to wake me up, but I had a tendency to do extra workouts in the evening which made it very hard for me to sleep during the night. As the fall semester rolled through I learned to relax before bed so that i could get a good night’s rest.
One thing most people forget to do is wash their pillow cases. Not washing your pillow cases could cause you to have oily skin and cause breakouts. Now I don’t know if you you guys like acne, but I for sure do not. So I every week I wash my pillow cases so that I know that I am laying my face on a clean pillow.
